Commercial Finance In This Tough Economy

Without a doubt, today’s financing market is extremely challenging and even the most experienced developers and property owners need to strategize carefully before presenting a new loan request to the commercial real estate financing marketplace. Leverage is down, and Lender scrutiny has been ratcheted way up. Your value proposition and business plan need to be very well thought-out and presented as effectively as possible to the right audience. The margin of error is almost non-existent and there is no room for amateurs because there are fewer active lenders in the marketplace and those still interested in lending are less aggressive. More than ever it makes sense to work with a firm like Remington Financial Group that is always in the marketplace - always in the center of action. RFG, Inc. can be your advocate and adviser, and help to strengthen and optimize your strategy, your business plan and your presentation before beginning to approach any lenders on your behalf. This approach will help to ensure you or your client the best possible outcome. This is our world, and after 16 years focusing on this business, RFG, Inc. has developed a compelling track record of achieving success for its clients.

Remington Financial Group, Inc. distinguishes itself in the commercial mortgage business with exceptional post-commitment follow-up. We smooth the inevitable bumps in the road and work with our client every step of the way. From the favorable resolution of a lender’s concern over an environmental issue, to negotiating the details of a lender’s desire to hold back funds for needed repairs or maintenance, Remington Financial Group, Inc. is your adviser, your advocate and your problem-solver.
