    Negotiated a forebearance with Franklin National. Made 1st payment of $1170 on 11/30/08. Can’t made remaining payments of $1740/mo. on 1st. 2nd was charged off 11/1, but Franklin wants agreement on 2nd now. Interest rate of 9.35% on 1st and 13.2% on 2nd need to be reduced. Home is worth $20,000 less than the two loan balances, but we want to keep our home. Wife is willing to sign note & Deed of Trust, but $1000/mo. is most we can pay. Husband has just found a part time job offer, and is on social security at present.
