Trump Towers

The Trump Towers (named after real estate mogul Donald Trump) are slated to be the tallest residential towers in Las Vegas.  Once completed, the Trump Towers will have 64 stories and will stand 620 feet high.  The Trump Towers are located along the Las Vegas Boulevard.

Trump Towers:  Features and Amenities

To start with, the Trump Towers are located at the heart of the city and, as such, is conveniently a few minutes’ walking distance from all the casinos, shopping malls and attractions of Sin City.  Thus, guests and residents of the Trump Towers will be sure to enjoy a great view of the whole cityscape and will have easy access to all the amenities of the city.

The Trump Towers are a combination hotel and condominium building in one.  That is, there will be hotel rooms, suites, convention halls, and function rooms for convention guests, vacationers and honeymooners in Las Vegas.  For people who live and work in Las Vegas, the Trump Towers also offers prime residential condominium units that will give them all the modern conveniences yet their own private space in bustling Las Vegas.

The residential units, which are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and furnished with modern kitchen appliances and elegant appointments, are of various types and sizes.  For the most spectacular view of Las Vegas, residents can opt for the penthouse suites from 60th to the 64th floors.  These penthouse suites can have from one to three bedrooms.

The Trump Towers also have their own in-house facilities for its guests and residents.  There is a gourmet restaurant within the premises.  Guests and residents can also enjoy its exclusive spa and fitness center.  They can also take advantage of the 24-hour concierge service.  Moreover, the management at Trump Towers gives the part-time residents the choice of renting out their units when they do not expect to be in residence.

The Trump Towers is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, too.  It is glass-fronted, with gold tints and white accents.  Once the towers are completed, the Trump Towers will be like a shining beacon in the Las Vegas skyline.

Summerlin Real Estate

Summerlin real estate represents peaceful mornings spent sipping coffee or tea while gazing at the Red Rock Mountains.  It is synonymous to a round of golf once, twice or as many times in a week as you can manage; to days of adventure discovering the trails in and around the area; and to afternoons of fun spent in a picnic at the park with your family and loved ones.  And since the Summerlin community is found in Las Vegas, Nevada, you are definitely at the heart of all the famous Las Vegas action.  After all, Red Rock Casino has its home in Summerlin; it is also only a few minutes to the Las Vegas Strip if you want more variety.

Summerlin Real Estate for Investors

Summerlin real estate can be a great investment.  Thus, if you have some spare cash to invest, you should seriously consider investing in Summerlin real estate.  The value of the properties in the area is on a general upward climb and thereby promises great returns to perspicacious investors.  Furthermore, Summerlin real estate property values are expected to rise even more as the development of the area continues (more housing units and facilities are being constructed as of the time of writing) and as more and more people flock to Las Vegas for their vacations, for their retirement or for work purposes.

Summerlin Real Estate

Summerlin is an ideal place for people who want to relocate to Las Vegas; this includes people who have a family and retirees.  The Summerlin community is a wonderfully designed community with superb landscaping and an ideal location (it is located at the Northwestern portion of the Valley, at the base of the Red Rock Mountains).  These things mean that you are assured of a great view if you live in Summerlin.  Golf clubs, resorts, casinos and other recreational services should also be enough to break the monotony if you feel it.  Great planning also means wide and well-planned roads and all the facilities (parks, trails, cultural centers, schools, etc) as well as modern conveniences that one can desire in any community.

Buying Summerlin Real Estate

Summerlin real estate prices vary widely.  With the aid of an experienced Las Vegas real estate agent, however, you should easily find a home within your budget.  Therefore, the first step to acquiring Summerlin real estate should be contacting a real estate agent serving the Las Vegas area.  You particularly want someone who has extensive experience in buying and selling Summerlin real estate.

Manhattan West

Manhattan West is a planned high-rise commercial and residential complex (it will be composed of several, interlinked buildings) from Gemstone Development.  It will rise at the southwestern part of the Valley and will be a few minutes’ away from McCarran International Airport and the heart of Las Vegas – the Strip.  It will become one of the several residential complexes and high-rise buildings planned for this area of Las Vegas.

Manhattan West:  Unique Value Proposition

Manhattan West is not going to be just another copy of other residential buildings and complexes in Las Vegas.  For one, plans for the development shows that the several buildings planned for the complex will not be identical.  Each building will have its own unique character – some will have glass fronts (as is usual in Las Vegas buildings) but some will have touches of brick and stucco and other materials.  The buildings, moreover, are not the typical high-rise buildings.  The tallest building – the so-called Element House – will only have nine floors while the rest will have even fewer floors.

Manhattan West developers, moreover, are not keeping the complex strictly residential.  It is the object of the developers to draw commercial tenants to the buildings so that the complex’ residents will have easy access to restaurants and other commercial establishments.  The developers of Manhattan West ultimately want offices to be established in the complex so that employees will relocate to Manhattan West and thus be able to walk to work instead of having to battle downtown traffic to do so.

Manhattan West also throws in innovative services that are exclusively available to their tenants.  For one, there will be a Manhattan Express shuttle service for residents who wish to go to the Las Vegas Strip or to the airport.  Moreover Manhattan West has a unique Manhattan Transfer service.

The Manhattan Transfer is so much more than just a concierge service.  The Manhattan Transfer facilities of Manhattan West will give the residents the option of relying on in-house staff and service providers for everything that they need for their utmost convenience.  For instance, they can ask the service to do their grocery shopping, to pick up their laundry, to walk dogs, or to do various errands for them.

Then, Manhattan West has specially designated community areas for community-building and socializing.  There will be a wine-bar, a community barbeque area, a clubhouse lounge with private function rooms, a large kitchen that can be reserved for parties, a volleyball court, etc.  An enormous lawn with adjoining gardens and jogging/walking trails are also planned.

Then of course, there is a huge fitness center on-site where residents can enroll in various types of fitness programs or relax in the in-house spa facilities.  There will be a medical center on-site, too, even though Manhattan West is conveniently near several hospitals and medical facilities.

Project City Center

In 2005, MGM Mirage announced its intention to build Project City Center within Vegas, specifically within the Las Vegas Strip itself.  When finished, the Project City Center will face the Monte Carlo Hotel and will be flanked by the still-being-constructed Cosmopolitan (construction was started on 2005 and expected to be finished by 2009) and the world-renowned Bellagio.  The project is rumored to have a budget of around nine billion dollars and is slated to be finished also in late 2009.

Project City Center:  A City within Las Vegas

The Project City Center will be a vast complex of several interlinked towers and buildings offering a varied range of amenities.  At the heart of the Project City Center will be a casino (of course) and hotel accommodations.  Flanking the main casino development will be high-rise buildings containing residential, shopping and entertainment facilities for all the guests and residents of the complex.

When finished, the Project City Center will be a complete city-resort that provides all the amenities that one can need and want in a Las Vegas vacation trip or a Las Vegas residence.  Aside from the casino, there will be shopping malls and boutiques, swimming pools, rooftop gardens, theaters/cinemas, spas, condominium units, hotel rooms/suites, parking spaces, mini-parks, and landscaped walkways.  You need never get out of the Project City Center resort if you don’t want to – you can find pretty much everything you need within the complex.  Of course, if you have a preference for a WalGreens pharmacy and the developers of the Project City Center complex neglect to solicit one as a tenant, then you may have to go across to the WalGreens pharmacy that currently stands between the resort complex and the Monte Carlo Hotel; this particular drug store simply refused to move elsewhere when requested by the MGM Mirage management.

If, on the other hand, you have tired of the Project City Center’s brand of entertainment, it would be very easy to go and visit all the other Las Vegas attractions.  After all, the Project City Center is conveniently located on the Las Vegas Strip – you won’t have to drive at all to get somewhere else.

A Piece of the Project City Center

Even now, you can get yourself one of the thousands of residential and condominium units in the Project City Center.  Given its illustrious neighbors, its prime location and its wonderful prospects, the value of a piece of Project City Center property can only rise.
