Tuscany Village is a master planned golf course community conveniently located off of Lake Mead Blvd., just West of Boulder Highway in Henderson, Nevada.  The golf course, designed by Ted Robinson is expected to have over 2,100 homes surrounding it once the community is completed.  This guard gated community has so much to offer!

I get this question alot, “Should I sell my Henderson home or rent it?”  I respond the same way every time!  It depends on your financial situation.

If you can afford to rent out your Henderson Home for the next year to two years instead of selling it right now in the current real estate market, I highly recommend it!  Henderson Home prices are dropping all throughout Henderson and the Las Vegas Valley, mainly due to all the foreclosures that are on the market.  The lenders and banks are slashing the prices on these homes to get them off their books and it’s causing property values in neighborhoods all throughout Las Vegas to tumble.  What homes were selling for in your neighborhood 6 months ago are probably selling for much less today.

By renting out your Henderson Home, you are giving your self a chance to see if the Henderson Real Estate Market will stabilize over the next year to two years.  We all know that eventually, Henderson Home prices will stabilize and prices will begin to increase, it’s just a matter of when!

So if it makes financial sense in your situation, I would recommend renting out your Henderson Home.  If you decided to go this route, make sure you contact a reputable Henderson Property Management Company!
